Dr C is a California native who appreciates the rich culture and beauty the Golden State has to offer. He has been educated at some of the finest U.S. institutions including the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Southern California. He is a double board certified surgeon who has successfully completed a general surgery residency and a second residency in plastic & reconstructive surgery. This unique dual training allows him to offer exceptional surgical care to his patients.
Articles written by Dr. Compoginis have been published in major peer reviewed journals and have been cited by numerous authors. He has been invited to present his research articles at several of the most elite medical conferences in the U.S. He continues to be an active participant in academic surgery and medicine and always stays current with the latest advancements and techniques. He practices the full spectrum of plastic surgery but specializes in body contouring, liposuction, mommy makeovers, breast surgery, and fat transfers, especially BBL’s.
With over twelve years of post-graduate education and training, and seven years of private practice in the Pasadena area, Dr. Compoginis has developed sophisticated techniques and employs state of the art treatments. He is a caring and compassionate physician who will be dedicated to you and your personal goals.
Jo fills the role of Office Manager at Orange County Plastic Surgery, working directly with Dr. Bunkis and his team since 2016. She has almost 35 years experience in the medical field and has a passion for plastic surgery. Born and raised in California, she enjoys time with her husband, children, grandchildren and two chocolate labs.
She is compassionate, caring and helps provide a pleasant visit for all of our patients. She coordinates surgeries and will walk you through the whole process from beginning to end.
Katie is a Patient Coordinator in Dr. Bunkis’ office and is usually the first face you see when you walk in the door. In addition to her patient coordinating duties, she is Dr. Bunkis’ assistant at the Latvian Consulate and the Los Angeles Consular Corps Intern.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from Towson University and is currently attending USC for her Master’s Degree in Criminology.
Prior to joining the OCPS family she lived in Baltimore, Maryland for 10 years. She worked as a server and also as a Supertitle Operator at the Opera translating each Opera into English. She spends her free time training her puppy, reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Tatiana serves as our back office medical assistant and marketing coordinator. She was raised in Las Vegas, NV and moved to California to attend UC Irvine. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences and will be applying to physician assistant school in the future.
Tatiana is passionate about the digital arts and has freelanced as both a photographer and video editor. She has worked with several YouTubers and has created visual media for large-scale UC Irvine events. In her free time, Tatiana likes to try new food spots, thrift at flea markets, and travel.
